Keep your supplements and daily notes in one journal.
Feelments is a free supplement tracker for recording what you took and how the day felt. Add the product name, amount and time, then return to the dated entry when you want to remember the details.
Start with a simple record
Use these fields in a notebook or download a blank sheet. The download needs no account. Your completed spreadsheet stays wherever you save it; downloading does not upload it to Feelments.
| Field | What to write |
|---|---|
| Date and time | When it happened, including an approximate time if that is all you know. |
| Product and ingredient | The product name and, when useful, the ingredient or formulation on its label. A product and an ingredient are different records. |
| Amount and unit | The amount you actually recorded, with its unit. Capsule count and milligrams are different measures; do not guess a conversion. |
| How you felt | A short note or the same personal rating scale each time. Keep a missing rating blank. |
| Context | Details you may want to remember, such as a different routine, sleep, or travel. |
Keep the details you will want later
- 1
Choose a catalog item or enter your own product name. Record the time and the amount you took, without treating the catalog as a dose recommendation.
- 2
Add a short note about the day. If you forgot to record something, leave the uncertainty visible instead of filling in a guessed amount.
- 3
Open the timeline to check dates, correct an entry or compare periods. Export your records when you want a copy outside Feelments.
What a journal can tell you
A dated journal helps you remember what you took. Differences between days do not establish that a supplement caused a change. Feelments does not select a dose, check medicine interactions or decide whether a supplement is suitable for you.

- Do I need an AI subscription?
- No. The current public features are free, and you can enter and review records in the browser. Connecting your own AI is optional and may have separate provider requirements.
- Are my entries public?
- Your account records are private. You choose whether to export them or connect an AI assistant. The food catalog and these guides are public; they do not publish your journal.
