Feelments

Put meals and how you felt on the same timeline.

A food and mood journal keeps what you ate alongside your own notes about the day. In Feelments you can record meals, drinks and feelings without having to build a calorie budget or connect an AI.

Start with a simple record

Use these fields in a notebook or download a blank sheet. The download needs no account. Your completed spreadsheet stays wherever you save it; downloading does not upload it to Feelments.

FieldWhat to write
Date and timeWhen it happened, including an approximate time if that is all you know.
Food or drinkWhat you had, including a product name or preparation detail if it matters to your record.
Portion or meal noteUse your own description, such as a bowl or a small serving. Leave an unknown quantity blank rather than inventing grams.
How you feltA short note or the same personal rating scale each time. Keep a missing rating blank.
ContextDetails you may want to remember, such as a different routine, sleep, or travel.

Keep the details you will want later

  1. 1

Record a meal or drink with its date and time. A short description is enough to begin; you can correct it later.

  2. 2

Add how you felt and any context you want to remember. A day without an entry means the record is missing, not that you ate nothing or felt nothing.

  3. 3

Review the timeline to see which details you recorded together. Look at several days and the surrounding context before drawing a conclusion.

What a journal can tell you

The journal shows your entries together. It does not diagnose food intolerance or identify a food as the cause of a symptom. Avoid making dietary restrictions from a pattern alone; a journal can be something you choose to discuss with a qualified professional.

Before you start

Do I need an AI subscription?
No. The current public features are free, and you can enter and review records in the browser. Connecting your own AI is optional and may have separate provider requirements.
Are my entries public?
Your account records are private. You choose whether to export them or connect an AI assistant. The food catalog and these guides are public; they do not publish your journal.
