What Feelments is

Feelments is a tool for personal wellness tracking and general education. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our Medical Disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be at least 16 years old to use Feelments.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service — for example, don't attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any law. Your content remains yours; you grant us the limited permission needed to store and display it back to you.

No warranties

Feelments is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the information, patterns, or educational content are accurate, complete, or suitable for your circumstances, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feelments and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decisions you make based on the service. You use Feelments at your own discretion and risk, and you are responsible for consulting qualified professionals about your health.

Termination

You may stop using Feelments and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or to protect the service and its users.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established (to be finalized before launch).
