Feelments

Your records, in the app and in conversation.

Start with the method available to you. Feelments works in your browser; an AI connection is optional.

Add Feelments from ChatGPT’s marketplace?

Published plugins can be selected in the ChatGPT directory and connected to your account. Feelments is not listed there yet. For now, use the custom URL setup below in Developer mode. No marketplace file or separate marketplace installation is needed.

How directory publication works

Create your Feelments account first

Already have an account? Use it when the AI asks you to sign in. Local test accounts are separate from accounts on feelments.com.

Connect an AI

Use the same Feelments account in each AI. Each connection needs your permission, and Feelments must also be selected in the conversation.

ChatGPT

Developer mode required. Feelments has not been published in the ChatGPT Plugins Directory. Availability depends on your account and workspace settings.

  1. Open ChatGPT in your browser. In Settings → Security and login, enable Developer mode.
  2. Open chatgpt.com/plugins and select + to add a connection.
  3. Enter Feelments as the name. For the description, use: Read and save my food, habits and health records.
  4. Choose a URL connection, paste https://feelments.com/api/mcp as the MCP server URL, and select OAuth authentication.
  5. Create the connection, sign in with the same Feelments account you use on the web, and review and allow access. No Feelments app installation is needed.
  6. Start a new conversation and select Feelments from the tools menu. Send the first reading prompt below.
Claude

Free allows one custom connector. Team and Enterprise require an organization owner to add it.

  1. Open Customize → Connectors → + → Add custom connector.
  2. Add the connection URL below, then Connect and authorize your Feelments account.
  3. Enable Feelments in the conversation's + → Connectors menu, then send an example prompt.
Claude Code

Under review: Claude Code 2.1.261 fails OAuth with invalid_redirect at the callback. A successful connection has not been verified.

  1. Run the commands below to add the HTTP server and start login.
  2. Sign in to Feelments in the browser and authorize access.
  3. Open Claude Code, check /mcp, and send an example prompt.

claude mcp add --transport http feelments https://feelments.com/api/mcp claude mcp login feelments

Codex

DCR OAuth verified locally with Codex CLI 0.153.4. Tool use from real conversations and app/IDE connections still need verification.

  1. Run the commands below to add the server and start OAuth login.
  2. Authorize the same Feelments account you use with your other assistants.
  3. Open Codex, check /mcp, and name Feelments in your prompt.

codex mcp add feelments --url https://feelments.com/api/mcp codex mcp login feelments --oauth-client-registration dcr

Gemini / Spark

Limited to eligible Spark users in the US, age 18+, personal Google accounts, English, with Keep Activity on. General Gemini availability is not verified.

  1. If eligible, open Gemini → Settings & help → Connected Apps.
  2. Add the connection URL under Custom apps for Spark and authorize Feelments.
  3. Select Feelments with @ in a Spark task. If this setting is unavailable, copy your brief from Memory instead.
Gemini CLI

Separate from Gemini web/mobile. HTTP/OAuth setup is documented; authenticated interoperability with Feelments is not yet verified.

  1. Add the server with the command below.
  2. Inside Gemini CLI, run /mcp auth feelments and authorize Feelments.
  3. Check /mcp list and start with a read-only example prompt.

gemini mcp add --transport http feelments https://feelments.com/api/mcp

ChatGPT instructions checked Sep 8, 2026. Other client notes retain their verification dates below. Menus and account availability may change.

Try a conversation

Connecting does not automatically save your chats. Ask explicitly to save to Feelments, check the tool result, and review any confirmation.

Read first

Read my current records from Feelments and give me a short summary.

Fetches your brief, including when you have no records yet.

Read what you logged in the app

Show me last week's records from Feelments.

Reads the same dated ledger used by the web app, devices and assistants.

Save from a conversation

I walked for 20 minutes today. Save it to Feelments and check the saved record.

Adds the habit, then reads the day back.

Save how you felt

My sleep today was a little better than usual. Record that in Feelments.

Saves your daily sleep rating. Ask the assistant to clarify an ambiguous rating.

Continue with another assistant

Show me the walk I just saved for today in Feelments.

Use the same Feelments account to read records saved by another assistant.

Organize past messages

Propose health records from this conversation in Feelments and give me the review link.

Saves proposals. They enter your ledger only after you review and confirm them.

Correct one record

Change only today’s walk in Feelments to 30 minutes, then read back the updated record.

Names the target record and checks the correction.

Log two meals separately

Log curry for lunch (1 serving) and dinner (2 servings) today as two separate Feelments records. I have not specified exact times.

Keeps meals separate without inventing clock times.

Check saved records

  1. Ask your AI to show today’s Feelments records. Check the date, item and amount.
  2. Refresh Today or Timeline in Feelments and check the same record and its source.
  3. Try correcting one record, then read it again. For example: Change only today’s walk to 30 minutes.

Meals can be logged separately, such as lunch and dinner. To correct or delete a record, specify which occurrence you mean. Import proposals stay pending until you confirm them in Feelments.

Manage or disconnect an AI in Settings → Connections. Disconnecting keeps the records already saved.

Use without connecting

You can use the app and bring selected records into any chat without enabling Developer mode. This is a manual copy, not a live connection.

  1. Log food, supplements, habits and measurements in Today.
  2. Open Memory, copy your summary, and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Check what it contains before sharing.
  3. Changes suggested in the chat are not saved back automatically. Enter them in Feelments, or paste the relevant conversation into Import and review the proposed records.

Troubleshooting

Developer mode is missing

Check ChatGPT in your browser and the official availability notes. Account or workspace policy can restrict it. Use the copy-summary method if you cannot enable it.

Feelments is not in the directory

Feelments has not been published in the general directory. The current setup adds a custom connection with the MCP URL; searching the directory is not enough.

The AI says it saved, but no record appears

Select Feelments in the conversation and ask it to actually use the Feelments tools. Check that both sides use the same account, read the record back, and refresh the web page.

The connection or tool list is out of date

Check that the server URL ends in /api/mcp and uses https://feelments.com. Refresh the connection metadata in ChatGPT Plugins and start a new conversation. If access was revoked, reconnect and authorize again.
