ジャワウコン（温莪朮）
トゥムラワック（Curcuma zanthorrhiza）はインドネシアを代表する根茎で、一般的なウコン（Curcuma longa）とは別の種です。生のまま、乾燥、または粉末としてジャムウやカプセルに使われます。クルクミンに加え、独自の香気成分キサントリゾールを含みます。
