蓮茶（ロータスティー）

A Vietnamese tea (trà sen) made from lotus (Nelumbo nucifera) — green tea scented with lotus stamens, or an herbal brew of lotus leaf and stamen; traditionally enjoyed as a fragrant, calming evening tea. Distinct from the lotus seed and lotus root eaten as foods; it carries plant polyphenols.
