Pennywort drink (rau má)

Vietnam's ubiquitous cooling green drink (rau má), made by blending fresh pennywort leaves (Centella asiatica) with water and a little sugar, sometimes with mung-bean. This is the everyday blended-leaf beverage — distinct from a gotu-kola capsule supplement; it carries plant polyphenols.
