Privacy Policy
Last updated September 6, 2026
Feelments ("we") helps you track nutrients, foods, and supplements alongside how you feel. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the control you have. Your logs are private by default — we never make them public without an action you take.
What we collect
- Account: your email address and a securely hashed password.
- Wellness logs: the items you record, your subjective signal ratings (sleep, skin, focus, and so on), notes, experiments, and the timezone you set.
- Device and body numbers you choose to connect or import (for example sleep score, heart-rate variability, steps from Apple Health or Oura), and annual health-check values you enter — the latter only after your explicit consent, and shared with a professional only if you turn that on.
- Conversation imports when you upload an AI chat export, the text is scanned once to propose records for your review and is not kept; record proposals and short supporting excerpts are saved for your review, and only approved records enter your ledger.
- Feedback what you type into the feedback form, the page it was sent from, your browser type, a reply address if you give one, and a salted hash of your IP address used only to limit abuse.
- Usage basic technical data needed to run the service (for example, session cookies to keep you signed in), and anonymous usage statistics on the public site (Google Analytics, with IP anonymisation and advertising storage disabled).
How we use it
We use your data only to provide the service: to store your logs, show your galaxy and trends, generate your reviews, and keep your account secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
AI features
Conversation imports are read by a model running on Cloudflare Workers AI to propose records; the raw text is discarded after that pass. Weekly analyses (Pro) are generated by OpenAI from a structured, privacy-bounded summary of your trends — not your raw notes. When you add an item we don't recognize, we may send only the name of that item (for example, "spirulina") to Anthropic to map it to nutrients. If you connect an AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude) through our connector, that assistant can read and write your ledger only while you keep the connection; you can revoke it any time in Connections.
Where your data lives
Feelments runs on Cloudflare. Your data is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and served from Cloudflare's network. Service providers we rely on:
- Google — anonymous usage statistics via Google Analytics (feelments.com only)
- Cloudflare — hosting, D1 database, Workers AI model for conversation imports, bot protection on public forms
- Resend — transactional email (account confirmation, password reset, feedback notifications to us)
- OpenAI — weekly analyses for Pro accounts (structured trend data only)
- Anthropic — AI item resolution (item names only)
- Oura — only if you connect your Oura account; we store your access and refresh tokens encrypted and read your daily metrics
Your rights
- Copy of your records : if you need a copy of your records, contact us through the feedback form.
- Delete your account and all logs permanently (Settings → Delete account).
- Access and correct your data — it's all visible and editable in the app.
Depending on where you live (for example, the EU/UK under GDPR or California under CCPA), you may have additional rights; contact us through the feedback form to exercise them.
Photos
Reading health-check sheets from a photo is not enabled yet.
Children
Feelments is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
