Pandan

Pandan (Pandanus amaryllifolius), an aromatic green leaf used across Southeast Asia to flavor and color rice, sweets, and drinks, and steeped on its own as pandan tea or pandan water. A distinct aromatic leaf; it carries plant polyphenols.
