Kvass

Kvass, a traditional Russian, Ukrainian, and Baltic lacto-fermented beverage made from rye bread (or rye malt) and water, lightly sweet and tangy; fermentation leaves a trace of alcohol, typically about 0.5–1% ABV. An everyday fermented drink.
