NMN for longevity: the mice are convinced, the humans aren't

NMN does raise NAD+ in the blood. What it does for how long or how well you live has only been shown in animals. Human trials are short and measure surrogate markers. At $25–60 a month, this is a lot to pay for an animal result — a daily walk has better evidence for free.
