Morning daylight: the timer that sets tonight's bedtime

Bright light in the first hours after waking tells your clock to run earlier, so you get sleepy sooner that night. The best data is observational, but the mechanism is solid and it costs ten minutes outside. Pairs naturally with a fixed wake time.

Worth knowing
No risks beyond normal sun care. Evening bright light does the opposite — delays the clock — so the timing is the point.
